Sub-processors
The third parties that process personal data for uLearnBox on behalf of Centers, what they do and where.
This page lists the sub-processors: the third parties that uLearnBox Joint Stock Company (We, Us) engages to process personal data that a Center or its Members place in the Service, on the Center's behalf. Words with a capital letter have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. How We handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract to protect the data it processes and to use it only to provide its service to Us.
Sub-processors
Akamai Technologies, Inc. (Linode)
- Service: servers that run the application, the database and file storage, on encrypted disks, and automatic backups of the server disk.
- Data: all personal data in the Service.
- Location: Singapore.
Cloudflare, Inc.
- Service: network protection, content delivery (including lesson content), file storage and storage of encrypted database backups.
- Data: all data in transit to and from the Service; stored lesson and uploaded files; encrypted backups.
- Location: global network.
Resend, Inc.
- Service: sending service emails, such as invitations, notifications and password resets.
- Data: the recipient's name and email address and the content of the email.
- Location: United States.
Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
- Service: delivering push notifications to the uLearnBox mobile apps.
- Data: the device token and the notification's title and text.
- Location: United States and global.
Apple Inc. (Apple Push Notification service)
- Service: delivering push notifications to the uLearnBox app on iPhone and iPad.
- Data: the device token and the notification's title and text.
- Location: United States and global.
Services that are not sub-processors
Some services process personal data for Us as controller, not on a Center's behalf, and are therefore not listed above: SePay and FastSpring, for payments; MailerLite, for news and offers sent to those who agreed to receive them; and, on the Website, the analytics services named in the Privacy Policy. Google sign-in is used by a Member with their own Google account.
Changes to this list
When We add or replace a sub-processor, We publish a new version of this page before the change takes effect. Earlier versions remain available below. Center Owners are also notified by email in advance, as the Data Processing Agreement provides.
